Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join ZANS Consultants. The ideal candidate must hold a minimum Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven social media strategies aligned with organisational goals, leveraging emerging trends, and setting measurable KPIs for growth and engagement.

The role includes creating and managing engaging brand-aligned content across multiple platforms, maintaining a strategic content calendar, analysing performance metrics, monitoring competitor activity, and delivering insights for continuous improvement.

The candidate will also manage online communities, handle customer interactions, build audience relationships, lead end-to-end campaigns, and safeguard brand reputation through active monitoring and strategic positioning.

Strong creativity, communication skills, analytical thinking, and hands-on social media management experience are essential.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business or related field

Minimum 2 years of social media management experience

✓

Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms

Experience with content planning and campaign management

Excellent communication and copywriting skills

Strong analytical and reporting skills
