Comprehensive Disclaimer and Legal Limitations
Last Updated: September 2026
1. About ZANS Consultants
ZANS Consultants is a private and independent international consultancy brand providing professional consultancy, immigration-related support, business advisory, overseas recruitment assistance, administrative support and related services through the relevant registered entities, licensed businesses and appropriately authorised professionals, depending on the jurisdiction and nature of the service.
ZANS Consultants operates through separate legal and/or licensed entities in different jurisdictions. A registration, licence or regulatory authorisation held by one entity, business or adviser applies only to that entity, business or adviser and only within the scope and jurisdiction for which it has been granted.
The applicable contracting or service-providing entity may therefore vary according to the service requested and the country in which that service is provided.

Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BEOE), Government of Pakistan
Overseas Employment Promoter Licence No.: 4963/KAR
Status: Valid

Overseas employment and recruitment activities are provided only within the activities, permissions, conditions and limitations authorised under the applicable BEOE/OEP licence and Pakistani law.
The BEOE licence relates specifically to the licensed Overseas Employment Promoter and should not be interpreted as a general government approval or endorsement of every service offered under the ZANS Consultants brand.
United Kingdom
ZANS Immigration Consultants Ltd is incorporated and registered in England and Wales as a private limited company.
Company No.: 12386358
Companies House currently records the company as Active.
Registration at Companies House confirms the company's corporate registration; it should not by itself be interpreted as authorisation to provide regulated immigration advice.
Where regulated UK immigration advice or immigration services are provided, such services are provided only by, or under the appropriate supervision of, persons or organisations authorised to provide those services and only within the scope of the applicable regulatory authorisation.
Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) Registration Reference: F202100285

Such services are provided only within the business activities authorised under the applicable UAE licence and applicable law.

The UAE registration and authorised business activities are subject to the current corporate/trade licence and applicable UAE law.
3. IMPORTANT NOTICE — ZANS IS NOT A GOVERNMENT AGENCY
ZANS Consultants and the relevant ZANS-associated businesses and entities are private businesses.
We are not a government agency, immigration department, embassy, consulate, visa office or visa-issuing authority.
Unless expressly stated in an official written authorisation, we are not part of, affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of:
UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI);
the UK Home Office;
the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA);
the Government of Pakistan;
the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment except in the capacity permitted by an applicable OEP licence;
the Government of the United Arab Emirates;
Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET);
any embassy or consulate; or
any other government department, immigration authority or regulatory body.
A licence, registration or regulatory authorisation does not mean that the issuing authority endorses ZANS Consultants or guarantees the outcome of any client's application.
4. We Do Not Issue Visas or Government Approvals
ZANS Consultants does not issue or grant:
visas;
entry clearance;
residence permits;
work permits;
citizenship or nationality;
passports;
sponsor licences;
trade licences;
government registrations; or
other official government approvals.
We also do not have authority to approve or refuse any government application.
All final decisions are made solely by the relevant government department, immigration authority, embassy, consulate, licensing authority, regulator, employer or other competent decision-making body.
Engaging ZANS Consultants does not provide preferential access to a government authority and cannot influence or guarantee an official decision.
5. Nature of Our Services
Depending on the relevant jurisdiction, regulatory permissions and individual engagement, ZANS services may include:
UK immigration advice and application assistance where appropriately authorised;
student visa consultation and application support;
visitor visa application support;
spouse and family immigration consultation;
work visa and international mobility support;
regulated overseas recruitment and employment assistance where appropriately licensed;
business and corporate consultancy;
UAE business setup assistance;
trade-licensing administrative support;
residency and investment-related consultancy;
document preparation and application assistance;
recruitment consultancy; and
general administrative and private consultancy services.
Not every service is available in every jurisdiction.
The precise services available to a client depend on the client's circumstances, the destination country, applicable laws, regulatory requirements, licensing restrictions and the agreed scope of engagement.
6. UK Immigration Advice
UK immigration advice and immigration services are regulated activities.
Where regulated UK immigration advice is provided through ZANS, it will only be provided by, or under the appropriate supervision of, a person or organisation authorised to provide such advice and within the permitted level and scope of that authorisation.
The role of an immigration adviser is to provide advice, assistance or representation where authorised. An immigration adviser does not make the final immigration decision.
The final decision on a UK immigration or visa application remains with the relevant UK government authority.
Clients may independently verify the current authorisation of an immigration adviser or organisation through the official Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) register before engaging regulated UK immigration services.
7. Overseas Employment & Recruitment
Where overseas employment promotion and recruitment services are provided from Pakistan under ZANS International Recruitment Promoter, those activities are undertaken within the scope of BEOE/OEP Licence No. 4963/KAR.
Holding an Overseas Employment Promoter licence does not guarantee:
selection by an overseas employer;
issuance of an employment contract;
issuance of a work permit;
issuance of a visa;
entry into another country; or
any other employer or government decision.
Employer selection and all government approvals remain subject to the requirements and decisions of the relevant employer and competent authorities.
8. No Guarantee of Outcome
ZANS Consultants does not guarantee the approval or success of any visa, immigration application, residence application, work permit, business licence, sponsor licence, employment opportunity or other government or third-party decision.
No private consultant, recruitment company or immigration adviser can control the final decision of an independent government authority.
Any:
eligibility assessment;
preliminary opinion;
recommendation;
proposed strategy;
estimated processing time; or
assessment of possible outcomes
is based on the information available at the relevant time and must not be interpreted as a guarantee, promise or assurance of success.
Government policies, immigration rules, business regulations, eligibility criteria, official fees and processing times may change.
9. Clients May Apply Directly
Using ZANS Consultants is optional.
Where permitted, individuals and businesses may obtain information and submit applications directly to the relevant government authority through its official website, portal, embassy, consulate or other official channel without using a private consultancy.
Clients are encouraged to review relevant official government information before deciding whether to engage professional assistance.
Professional consultancy or service fees charged by ZANS are separate from government application fees and other third-party charges unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Paying ZANS a professional service fee does not purchase, secure or guarantee a visa or government approval.
10. Professional Fees and Government Fees
ZANS professional fees may relate to consultancy, professional advice, document preparation, application assistance, administrative support, representation or other agreed services.
These professional fees are normally separate from charges imposed by third parties, which may include:
government application fees;
visa fees;
immigration health charges;
biometric fees;
embassy or consular fees;
business registration fees;
trade-licensing fees;
university or educational institution fees;
employer-related charges; and
other third-party costs.
Any inclusions or exclusions applicable to a particular engagement should be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice, engagement terms or service agreement.
11. Website Information
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes unless expressly provided as part of a formal professional engagement.
Website content relating to visas, immigration pathways, overseas employment, residency programmes, business establishment, investment routes or other opportunities should not automatically be regarded as personalised professional or legal advice.
Individual circumstances differ, and eligibility may depend on numerous factors that can only be assessed after considering the relevant facts and documentation.
12. No Automatic Adviser–Client Relationship
Visiting this website, submitting an online form, completing an eligibility assessment, communicating through WhatsApp, telephone, email or social media, or receiving general information from ZANS does not by itself establish a formal adviser-client, consultant-client or representative-client relationship.
A professional engagement begins only when the applicable service has been formally accepted in accordance with the relevant engagement terms, service agreement or other agreed arrangements.
13. Changes in Immigration Laws and Government Policies
Immigration laws, visa requirements, government policies, business regulations, eligibility criteria, processing procedures, official fees and regulatory requirements may change from time to time.
ZANS makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information but does not warrant that every piece of general website information will remain current after publication.
Clients should verify material information against the latest official guidance before relying upon it.
Where information on this website conflicts with current information issued by the relevant government or regulatory authority, the official authority's current information takes precedence.
14. Third-Party and Government Websites
This website may contain links or references to:
government websites;
regulatory bodies;
embassies or consulates;
educational institutions;
employers;
business authorities; or
other third-party organisations.
Such links may be provided for information or convenience.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a reference or link does not indicate a partnership, sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement between ZANS Consultants and that organisation.
ZANS is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, policies or subsequent changes made to independent third-party websites.
15. Regulatory Scope
Any registration, licence, certificate, membership or professional authorisation displayed or referred to by ZANS applies only to:
the particular person or legal entity to whom it was issued;
the jurisdiction in which it is valid;
the services or activities it covers;
any applicable level or limitations;
any conditions attached to the authorisation; and
the period for which it remains valid.
A licence or regulatory authorisation held by one ZANS-associated entity must not be interpreted as automatically extending to every ZANS company, office, employee, consultant, country or service.
Where appropriate, clients may independently verify a current licence or registration with the relevant official authority.
16. Client Information and Documentation
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, genuine and up-to-date information and documentation.
ZANS reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate services where information or documents appear to be false, altered, misleading, incomplete or inconsistent, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing information and documents submitted on their behalf and for complying with deadlines, requests and requirements imposed by government authorities, employers and other relevant organisations.
17. Final Decision-Making Authority
For the avoidance of doubt:
All visas, immigration permissions, residence permits, work permissions, citizenship decisions, government registrations, trade licences and other official approvals are granted, refused, cancelled or varied solely by the relevant competent authority.
ZANS Consultants has no authority to compel or guarantee such decisions.
IMPORTANT CONSUMER NOTICE
ZANS Consultants is a private consultancy and is not a government agency, embassy, consulate or visa-issuing authority.
We do not issue visas or government approvals and cannot guarantee the outcome of any application.
Where permitted, you may apply directly through the relevant official government authority without using a private consultancy.
