Consultation Fees
Fees paid for consultations are non-refundable. Once a consultation is booked and delivered, no refund will be issued.
Service Fees
Payments made for consultancy services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Case assessment and evaluation
• Documentation review
• Application preparation
• Advisory and consultation services
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
• Duplicate payment made by the client
• Service not delivered due to our internal issue
• Cancellation requested before any work has started
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• Visa refusal or rejection
• Change of mind after service has started
• Delays caused by third parties or government authorities
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation before service begins. Once work has started, cancellation does not guarantee a refund.
