My journey in the United Kingdom began in 2004, when I arrived as an international student with limited resources but limitless determination. Like many immigrants, I worked through my studies by taking on multiple jobs, learning resilience, discipline, and the true value of perseverance. Over time, this journey led me into the IT sector, where I had the privilege of working with respected UK government bodies including Transport for London, the London Borough of Redbridge, HMRC, and the Environment Agency. After many years of contribution and commitment, I was proud to be granted British citizenship.
This experience—from student to professional, and eventually to entrepreneur—shaped the foundation of ZANS Immigration Consultants and ZANS Group UK Ltd. I established the firm with a clear vision: to guide individuals and businesses with honesty, expertise, and real-world experience. Supported by a highly experienced team with over 15 years of industry knowledge, we have successfully advised and assisted thousands of clients in immigration, settlement, and business-related matters.
Building on this success, ZANS Group has strategically expanded into property investment and business ventures across the UK, UAE, and Pakistan. Our portfolio includes residential and commercial properties, off-plan developments, and Airbnb investments.
Since 2024–2025, we have further diversified into hospitality and retail sectors, including aesthetic clinics, retail shops, cafés, coffee shops, hotels, restaurants and convenience stores.
