Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum of a bachelors degree in business relatedย subject

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research businesses, individuals, and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone and email to gauge interest and schedule meetings

  • Prepare client-facing materials, including PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

  • Meet new and existing clients in person to build relationships and explore business opportunities

  • Negotiate terms with clients through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings

  • Set and track sales goals, ensuring the sales team meets targets

  • Collaborate with senior team members to manage risks and improve sales strategies

  • Train and mentor new sales team members

  • Prepare and deliver investment pitches to potential stakeholders

  • Attend conferences, networking events, and industry functions to represent the company


Skills:

  • Proven business development and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
  • Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on revenue and growth
  • Project management and multitasking under pressure
  • Relevant work experience in the region, culture, and subject area
  • Understanding of regional business practices and regulatory environments
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken preferably)
  • Relevant work experience in Gulf Region
  • Industry-specific knowledge related to company services
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and self-motivation
  • Problem-solving skills and willingness to travel if required
