Summary:

Join our team as a Digital Support Technician apprentice and gain hands-on experience while being mentored by industry professionals. This apprenticeship will equip you with essential technical support skills, digital system configuration knowledge, and the expertise needed to ensure smooth operations across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth system functionality

  • Assist in setting up, maintaining, and configuring digital systems and equipment, including computers, printers, and network devices

  • Document and track support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining open communication with users


Essential Qualifications:

  • GCSE in Mathematics (Grade A*-C or equivalent) is required

  • Notify the company of any additional qualifications or experience for consideration


Skills Required:

  • IT Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting and supporting digital systems

  • Attention to Detail: Precise in resolving technical issues and documenting the processes

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues quickly and effectively

  • Teamwork: Able to collaborate effectively with team members and users to ensure a smooth workflow
