Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 30 hours per week
  • Saturday work may occasionally be required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring systems function smoothly.
  • Assisting in the setup, maintenance, and configuration of digital systems and equipment, including computers, printers, and network devices.
  • Documenting and tracking support requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining open communication with users.

Essential Qualifications:

  • GCSE in Mathematics (Grade A*-C or equivalent) is required.
  • Notify the company about additional qualifications or experience to adjust the apprenticeship accordingly.

Skills Required:
