Digital Support Technician
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 30 hours per week
- Saturday work may occasionally be required

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring systems function smoothly.
- Assisting in the setup, maintenance, and configuration of digital systems and equipment, including computers, printers, and network devices.
- Documenting and tracking support requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining open communication with users.
Essential Qualifications:
- GCSE in Mathematics (Grade A*-C or equivalent) is required.
- Notify the company about additional qualifications or experience to adjust the apprenticeship accordingly.
Skills Required:
- IT Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting and supporting digital systems.
- Attention to Detail: Precise in resolving technical issues and documenting processes.
