Training Course:
Information Communications Technician
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and maintaining hardware and software systems within the organization.
- Assisting in setting up and troubleshooting network connections, including resolving connectivity issues.
- Providing technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving IT-related problems to ensure smooth operation.
Essential Qualifications:
- GCSE in Mathematics (Grade A*-C or equivalent) is required.
- Inform the company about any additional qualifications or relevant industry experience, as the apprenticeship can be adjusted accordingly.
Skills Required:
- IT Skills: Ability to work with both hardware and software systems, and network infrastructure.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in system installation and issue resolution.
- Analytical & Logical Thinking: Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot IT issues.
- Teamwork: Collaborates effectively with IT teams and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
