Training Course:
Information Communications Technician

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing and maintaining hardware and software systems within the organization.
  • Assisting in setting up and troubleshooting network connections, including resolving connectivity issues.
  • Providing technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving IT-related problems to ensure smooth operation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • GCSE in Mathematics (Grade A*-C or equivalent) is required.
  • Inform the company about any additional qualifications or relevant industry experience, as the apprenticeship can be adjusted accordingly.

Skills Required:

  • IT Skills: Ability to work with both hardware and software systems, and network infrastructure.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in system installation and issue resolution.
  • Analytical & Logical Thinking: Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot IT issues.
