🕓 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30 hours per week)

Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and understand client IT needs, recommending suitable products and solutions based on those needs

  • Assist the sales team by preparing and delivering product presentations and demonstrations

  • Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and provide excellent service to build and maintain strong client relationships

Essential Qualifications:

  • GCSE in Mathematics (Grade A*-C or equivalent) is required

  • Notify the company of any additional qualifications or industry experience to tailor the apprenticeship

Skills Required:

  • IT Skills: Basic understanding of technical products to communicate and sell effectively to clients

  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in understanding client requirements and offering suitable solutions

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage client relations and sales leads efficiently
