Training Course:
IT Technical Salesperson
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 30 hours per week
- Saturday work may occasionally be required

Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and understanding client IT needs, recommending suitable products and solutions based on those needs.
- Assisting the sales team by preparing and delivering product presentations and demonstrations.
- Handling customer inquiries, following up on leads, and providing excellent service to maintain strong client relationships.
Essential Qualifications:
- GCSE in Mathematics (Grade A*-C or equivalent) is required.
- Notify the company of any additional qualifications or industry experience to tailor the apprenticeship.

- IT Skills: Understanding of technical products to effectively communicate and sell to clients.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in understanding client requirements and offering solutions.
