Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 30 hours per week
• Saturday work may occasionally be required

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and understanding client IT needs, recommending suitable products and solutions based on those needs.
• Assisting the sales team by preparing and delivering product presentations and demonstrations.
• Handling customer inquiries, following up on leads, and providing excellent service to maintain strong client relationships.

Essential Qualifications:

• GCSE in Mathematics (Grade A*-C or equivalent) is required.
• Notify the company of any additional qualifications or industry experience to tailor the apprenticeship.
