Summary:

This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to gain valuable legal knowledge and practical experience while working towards a nationally recognized Paralegal qualification. It is ideal for individuals seeking a pathway to becoming a fully qualified paralegal, with exposure to real-world cases and legal environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal documents such as contracts, letters, and briefs

  • Conduct detailed legal research to support case development

  • Manage and organize case files to ensure all legal documents are accessible and up-to-date

  • Liaise directly with clients to update them on case progress and gather necessary information

  • Assist solicitors with various administrative tasks, including preparing documents for court proceedings

  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and protocols, maintaining detailed and accurate records for each case


Essential Qualifications:

  • GCSE in English (Grade A*-C or equivalent) is required

  • Candidates are encouraged to inform the company of any additional qualifications or relevant industry experience to potentially adjust the apprenticeship to match their skill level
