Training Course:
Paralegal

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturday work may occasionally be required
  • 30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents such as contracts, letters, and briefs.
  • Conducting detailed legal research to support case development.
  • Managing and organizing case files to ensure all legal documents are accessible and up-to-date.
  • Liaising directly with clients to update them on case progress and gather necessary information.
  • Assisting solicitors with various administrative tasks, including preparing documents for court proceedings.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal standards and protocols, and maintaining detailed, accurate records for each case.

Essential Qualifications:

  • GCSE in English (Grade A*-C or equivalent) is required.
  • Candidates are encouraged to inform the company of any additional qualifications or relevant industry experience to potentially adjust the apprenticeship to match their skill level.
