Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and driven Immigration Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in driving sales growth by identifying prospective clients, understanding their immigration needs, and effectively communicating the value of our services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts

  • Conduct consultations with potential clients to assess their immigration goals and needs

  • Provide detailed information about our immigration services, including visa options, eligibility criteria, and application processes

  • Develop customized immigration solutions and present proposals to clients, addressing their concerns and questions

  • Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and guidance throughout the immigration process

  • Stay up-to-date on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and informed client advice

  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly incentives based on performance

Qualifications:

  • Degree: Any Bachelor’s degree or above

  • Experience: 1 year in immigration consulting or sales (Required)

  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds

  • Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations is an asset

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

  • Proven experience working in immigration law or consulting

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
