The Student route and Child Student route has now been introduced for Non-EU students from Monday the 5th of October 2020 to the best and brightest international students from across the globe. It was to be introduced from 1st of January 2021, but due to Covid-19 and making easy for students to come in time and start their studies from January 2021.
- Students should be able to apply for visas 6 months before they are due to start their course
- Students will be required to score 70 points.
- There will be no limits on number of students who can come and study in the UK.
- A new Graduate route will be introduced from summer 2021 for students to stay further to look for work and gain UK experience. 2 Years if they complete their degree (Bachelors/Masters) or 3 Years for those who complete their PhD degree in the UK.
