Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday work may occasionally be required
- 30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily administrative tasks such as responding to emails, answering phone calls, and scheduling meetings for the team.
- Supporting document management, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records to ensure all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate on projects, track their progress, and ensure workflow is efficient and timely.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documents for management.
- Handling inquiries and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Essential Qualifications:
- GCSE in Mathematics (Grade A*-C or equivalent) is required.
- Relevant qualifications or industry experience should be communicated to the company, as adjustments to the apprenticeship may be possible to reflect the applicant’s knowledge.
Skills Required:
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing records, scheduling, and document filing is crucial.
